1. LAUNDRY:
Washing of the immediate community are washed, dry & Ironed with two ladies employed one with and one without a disability.

2. MUSIC SCHOOL
Our music school has developed beyond our wildest dreams with 6 well qualified music teachers. Tuition in the following instruments are offered with two lessons per week being 1 practical and 1 theory lesson. Students from as young as 5 years are being taught. Since our main objective is to eradicate prejudice towards disabled people, we do not only work with disabled people in isolation, but include those without disabilities also. Internal & external exams is part of our program.

3. RESTAURANT
The restaurant offers a very warm homely atmosphere with traditional home made food, fresh muffins, pies, samoosas, cooldrinks, tea, coffee and other snacks. Since training is also an integral part here it is therefore advisable to contact us for lunches just a few hours in advance. The restaurant is very popular with tourist with it’s unique way of dipicting the history through art especially Khoisan Art.
4. CARWASH
Peter Speelman a very determined paraplegic started the carwash service as a business for him and two assistance. With his wheelchair moving around any car, he astonishes people with his ability to offer such a quality service.

5. PRESCHOOL
We offer tuition from the ages of 4 – 6 years old with a very killed teachers with many years experience in pre-primary education, any child whether with or without a disability are welcome.

6. INTERNET CAFÉ
Although technology develop fast, our communities are still excluded and we therefore have to provide services such as

  3. Public telephones
  4. Photocopying
  5. Internet
  6. Ringbinding
  7. Laminating and other related services.

SPORTS DEVELOPMENT
Since the project is situated on the sportsfield of Sarepta, we are involved in the development of our young people especially soccer and cricket. We envisaged to develop this aspect for the disabled further within the next 12 – 18 months.

SMALL CONFERENCE FACILITIES
Since our activities are only 5 days a week we also offers small conference facilities to groups of 20 and smaller. Schools and churches find our facilities quite appropriate. We want encourage such groups to utilise this even more.

UNIVERSITY STUDENTS INTERSHIP
The University of Western Cape sends their Social work and Occupational therapist students to us every year for their internship. This is a very useful exercise for the community at large since these students renders a service free.

FOREIGN VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
In conjunction with Batho Travel & Tourism we get volunteers from abroad on a regular basis. These volunteers are placed by Batho Travel with families within the communities and then placed by We-shop in various projects where they assist in various aspects of the projects. Many projects especially crèches have benefited from these volunteers.
